How to end calls on a Polycom VVX-500 or 600 series phone

In this post we explain how to end calls on Polycom VVX-500 and VVX-600 series VoIP handsets.

Key:

Headset Button
Headset Button
Speakerphone Button
Speakerphone Button

To end calls on Polycom VVX-500 or VVX-600 series phones, do one of the following:

  • Replace the handset.
  • Press [Headset Button] or [Speakerphone Button]

Or from active calls, Lines or Calls view:

  • Press End Call.
  • If you're in Call view; highlight the call first.
