With the help of Xarios Technologies, Mitel have released a new product - the MiVoice Office Application Suite.
The MiVoice Office Application Suite will allow the reporting package to integrate with their Recorder and Phone Manager applications. Not only do you have the option to show real-time statistics regarding what’s happening on your phone system – you can import statistics from your CRM or other applications, which can also be displayed on your wallboard.
The integration doesn’t just stop there… The new product allows you to view statistics on a PC, tablet and smartphones to allow managers to keep an eye on what’s happening – even when they’re out of the office (or even the country).
The real-time display can be configured to trigger “alarms” when service levels fall below a pre-set threshold. This can include things such as number of calls waiting and allow supervisors to quickly react and bring service levels back to an acceptable performance.
